Kinwise helps people and teams use AI with more clarity, care, and confidence, so they can lead, teach, and work in more human-centered ways.

A Note from Our Founder

I’m Lydia Kumar, and the story of Kinwise begins with a quiet conviction: that our tools, especially powerful ones like AI, should be extensions of our humanity, designed to support it with clarity and care, not to diminish or outpace it.

Before Kinwise, my path led me through the heart of learning and leadership: from classrooms vibrant with discovery, to coaching leaders, to guiding teams through complex transitions within education and other mission-focused endeavors. Across these roles with school district leaders, and small business visionaries, my work has always centered on cultivating spaces where trust deepens, understanding clears, and human connection is paramount.

As an Executive MBA candidate at UNC Kenan-Flagler, I’ve sharpened my focus on strategy, business principles, and sustainable leadership. But the heart of Kinwise is still rooted in deep questions that leaders and educators grapple with:

As we innovate, how do we ensure we don’t lose sight of what matters?

How can we navigate an accelerating world with grounded purpose and effective action?

Kinwise exists for these explorations. It is a haven for teams and leaders who aspire to integrate AI not merely for efficiency’s sake, but with profound intention, cherishing their organizational culture as much as their outcomes, and seeking technology that elevates their collective wisdom.
